FREE FREIGHT
For institutional customers, we provide FREE freight on all of our standard deliveries. As long as you provide us with sufficient time to ship books and software to your program by standard ground delivery, you only pay for the products and not the cost to get them to you. Freight charges are added for sales to individual students.

Over the years we have proven to numerous programs (more than 75 programs at more than 50 colleges and universities throughout the U.S. and abroad) that we offer the best pricing. Unlike many alternative sources, we discount EVERY product we sell. In many instances, the savings can be significant. For example, we often can secure for you and your students, complimentary study aids, such as Student Study Guides or Student Solutions Manuals. Also, in some cases we can have two or more books packaged together and this results in deeper discounts from the publishers which we pass on to our customers.

EXPEDITED SERVICE
As long as an item is in stock we can ship it to you within 24 hours, provided we receive your order before 11:30am Eastern Time. We understand that for many reasons you may need something "yesterday" and we specialize in responding to these type of "emergency" situations. If an item is out-of-stock or out-of-print, we can arrange for it to be reprinted for you, although this type of request typically takes several weeks to process.

UPDATED TEXT INFORMATION
Whenever you place an order with Campus Text, you can be assured that we will let you know if a more recent edition is available and what, if any, supplementary products (e.g. Study Guides, Solutions Manuals, etc.) are also available.

FACULTY DESK COPIES
We will arrange for members of your faculty to receive complimentary desk copies. Simply provide us the relevant information and leave the rest to us. You will no longer have to spend time with publishers ordering these desk copies and making follow-up phone calls. Also, because of our strong relationship with the publishers, when a new textbook product is published, we will arrange for copies to be sent to your program for distribution to appropriate faculty in the discipline.
We will only arrange for complimentary faculty desk copies for faculty members associated with programs that order books from our company. If your school does not order books from Campus Text we suggest you contact the publishers directly.

FULL CREDIT ON RETURNS
In most instances we will accept returns (with a full credit to your account to be applied to future purchases for institutional accounts ) for excess orders, provided we receive the returned item from your program within three (3) months of your original order. Items shipped to individual students may be returned for an immediate full credit, however prior authorization is required and the request to return an item must be received no later than 3 weeks from the date of your original order and it must be in new, saleable condition.  The customer is responsible for any freight costs associated with the return and Campus Text reserves the right to refuse credit if the product is not in new, saleable condition and not returnable to the publisher.  In rare instances we cannot accept returns and will so inform you at the time you place your order with us. Our policy is very simple: if we can return an item to a publisher, we will accept a return of the product from you. All items returned, however, must be in new, "saleable" condition. We ask that you contact us to secure authorization before processing any return.
 

ATTRACTIVE BILLING TERMS
For our institutional customers, we bill on a Net 30 basis. You either email, fax or phone your order to our office in suburban Philadelphia. We arrange for your books/software to be delivered directly to you. We will send an invoice and we ask that you make payment arrangements within thirty (30) days.

For deliveries to individual students, where the items are not paid by an institution, we will accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or by personal check. For payments by personal check, we can only ship seven (7) days after we have received your check in the mail.
